Anna Westhoff

Director

As Director at Cronheim Mortgage, Anna partners with senior bankers in new production efforts, leads capital procurement initiatives, negotiates deal structures and directly oversees transaction execution. She develops and manages relationships with the firm’s varied sources of debt and equity. Anna has been integral to the growth of the firm’s servicing portfolio through new originations with its life insurance company correspondents. Together with Principal David Turley, Anna also runs Cronheim’s hospitality platform, which has closed over 40 hotel transactions across the country since 2005.

Anna’s diverse experience in commercial real estate finance spans first mortgages, A-B structures, CTL transactions, mezzanine debt, preferred equity and bridge financing as well as note purchases and bankruptcy.

Prior to joining the firm in 2004, Anna receiver her Master’s degree with merit from the London School of Economics. She graduated with a BA from Northwestern University in 2001.
