Asset Sales
An investment sale of high quality commercial real estate property is not a commodity service. As a full-service investment bank, Cronheim has invested equal efforts on both sides of acquisition/divestures, serving as advisors for acquiring firms and brokers for prospective sales.
In the recent past, Cronheim's team of investment sale professionals have marketed and successfully sold properties through the states of New York, Florida, New Jersey, and Texas, to name a few. Following purchase, acquiring companies often look to our firm to obtain financing.
A Premium in the Market In order to obtain the absolute highest price for our clients, we believe our efforts and influence must extend and fulfill two criteria. First, only with an exceptional understanding of every aspect of the property can the full value be communicated to a prospective acquirer. That understanding ranges from local and regional market comparable sales, valuations, and vacancies to macroeconomic trends and environmental and legal issues. Second, the firm must have resources that include an intimate and extensive list of developers and owners who are actively acquiring properties in the asset class.
Clients and Resources In addition to a research team that can quickly and efficiently assemble marketing plans and packages for virtually any property in the United States, our involvement on the financing side has allowed us to maintain a large list of clients, with whose needs and wants we are familiar. We are advisors for two real estate investment trusts, Monmouth REIT (NASDAQ: MNRTA) and United Mobile Homes (AMEX: UMH) in addition to national pension funds.
