Mr. Theuerkauf comes to Cronheim with 32 years of commercial real estate management, sales, mortgage brokerage and mortgage banking experience. His prior experience includes Personal Investment Advisor IDS, Managing Director of National Home Planning Services, Managing Director of Morvin Realty, Loan Officer Hanson Savings Bank, VP Kremp Mortgage, President Chatham Financial Associates and VP James R. Poole & Company. Bruce is a past member of the Board of Directors for NJ Chapter #1 IREM. He has also been the recipient of CPM "Candidate of the Year" '84 and "Mortgage Banker of the Year Award" at Hanson Savings.

Mr. Theuerkauf is a member of the MBA and the New Jersey Apartment Association. He is also a member of NAIOP and IOREBA. He holds a BS in Commerce from Rider University. He became a Certified Property Manager at the Institute of Real Estate Management and served in the US Army Reserves, Corp. of Engineers. He is also a licensed real estate broker.
