Since 2000, Mr. Cronheim has been president of David Cronheim Mortgage Corp. He also serves as president of Cronheim Management Services and Executive Vice President and General Counsel to the David Cronheim Company.

Mr. Cronheim serves on the Compensation Committee and Stock Option Committee Board of Directors at Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation, a publicly traded REIT. He is a founding investor and director of Hilltop Community Bank, serving on the Executive Committee and the Audit Committee. He is a practicing lawyer at Daniel D. Cronheim, Esq. He serves on the West Caldwell Rent Control Board and since 1995 has been Chairman of the Watchung Zoning Board of Adjustment. Mr. Cronheim is also on the International Finance committee of the Blue Army of Our Lady of Fatima.

Mr. Cronheim received his A.B. in Politics from Princeton University cum laude and his J.D. from St. John's University.
