FOR TWO HOTELS IN WISCONSIN

Appleton and Madison, WI – Frank Sullivan has arranged financing of $10,556,800 for two Country Inn and Suites located Appleton and Madison, Wisconsin. Both loans carry a 10-year term with a 30 year amortization.

In Appleton, Wisconsin, $6,016,800 was arranged for the acquisition of a three-story, interior corridor, 106-guestroom Country Inn and Suites. The property is adjacent to the Fox River Mall, an enclosed regional mall containing over 160 retailers, and is two miles east of the Outagamie County Regional Airport. The hotel is also located 30 miles southwest of Green Bay and Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers.

In Madison, Wisconsin, $4,540,000 was arranged for the three-story, interior corridor, 87-guestroom, Country Inn and Suites at Monona. The property is within minutes of downtown Madison, University of Wisconsin, and Monona Terrace Convention Center.

Room types at both properties include double bed standard rooms, one-bedroom suites, and celebration whirlpool suites. The hotels feature complimentary high-speed internet access, a continental breakfast, an exercise facility with an indoor pool, and meeting room space that will accommodate up to 25 people.
