ARLINGTON, TX David Turley and Lisa McMahon have arranged financing of $8,200,000 for a Holiday Inn Express located in Arlington, Texas.  The loan carries a 10-year term and 30-year amortization.

The subject property is a three-story 102-room Holiday Inn Express situated off of I-20 in Arlington, Texas. Holiday Inn was founded in 1952 in Memphis, TN and later acquired by InterContinental Hotels in 1988, which later launched Holiday Inn Express in 1991. ICH consists of 7 hotel brands for a total of nearly 590,000 rooms and over 4,000 hotels across 100 countries. There are 1,619 Holiday Inn Express Hotels in the US and it is one of the fastest growing hotel brands in the industry, opening on average two hotels a week. The subject offers a health and fitness center, whirlpool, dry-cleaning pickup, laundry, daily housekeeping, outdoor pool, business center, and complimentary breakfast. The subject also features a business facility that includes two meeting rooms, two on-site sales professionals, and 1,426 square feet of meeting space.

The subject is located in South Arlington at I-20 and Cooper Street Exit 449.  I-20 runs east and west and is parallel to I-30, which connects Dallas and Fort Worth.  I-30 is situated north of I-20, and can be accessed through SR-360 to the east of the subject and through I-820 to the west of the subject. 

The Subject’s central location provides convenient access to major business and leisure activities located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Located across the street is the Parks Mall featuring an NHL-size ice-skating rink and an AMC theater with 30 screens. The Parks at Arlington Mall totals 1.4 million square feet and its anchors include Macy’s, JC Penny, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sears, and Circuit City.
