The subject property is a four-story, 126-room, limited service hotel and has a long term franchise agreement with Hampton, a subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation. As of March 2008, the Hampton Inn chain has over 1,500 hotels throughout the US, Canada, and Latin America. The Subject also features approximately 500 square feet of meeting space, a business center and outdoor pool.
