MOUNT LAUREL, NJ David Turley, Frank Sullivan, and Anna McGivaren have arranged $7,300,000 in financing for the Hampton Inn in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. The loan has a 10-year term.

The subject property is a four-story, 126-room, limited service hotel and has a long term franchise agreement with Hampton, a subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation. As of March 2008, the Hampton Inn chain has over 1,500 hotels throughout the US, Canada, and Latin America.
