Hackettstown, NJ – Andrew Stewart and Lisa McMahon of David Cronheim Mortgage Corporation have secured financing of $18,900,000 for Mansfield Commons, a 271,979 square foot shopping center in Hackettstown, Warren County, NJ. Cronheim acts as servicer and correspondent for the 11-year financing.

The subject property is anchored by a 123,519 square foot Wal-Mart and a 88,830 square foot Kohl’s department store. The property is located on Route 57, a highly trafficked retail corridor home to major retailers such as Home Depot, Lowes, Walgreen’s, ShopRite, and Marshalls. State Route 46, a major local and suburban east-west roadway that intersects with Route 57 approximately 2.5 miles north of the Subject, provides access to Hackettstown from Interstate 80.
