Underwriting In order to effectively facilitate transactions in today's increasing complex lending environment, Cronheim provides underwriting and market research for its investors. These services allow for greater flexibility in responding to requirements for detailed market analysis and due diligence.
Servicing Cronheim serves as the eyes and ears of its correspondents as well as the guardian of their investments. With every debt and equity investment, investors rely on the firm's expertise to ensure a successful outcome. The firm's involvement does not end at the closing; rather it is only the beginning. Cronheim's in-house servicing department maintains a personal relationship with the property owners throughout the life of each project. As a fluid asset, real estate requires a servicer who can monitor asset performance and address problems in order to keep each property competitive. Cronheim has repeatedly demonstrated that when a value-added opportunity arises during the the term of an investment, a decisive response allows the developer to capitalize on it. As every experience real estate investor knows, documents alone cannot address every event subsequent to the closing.
