Cronheim Mortgage arranged $2.9MM in financing for a 52-unit luxury apartment development in Fort Collins, CO. The loan was structured on a 15/25 basis and was placed with American United Life Insurance Company, whom Cronheim represents as correspondent and servicing agent.

The Subject, known as Mill House, encompasses 46,091 square feet with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom layouts. All units have a washer, dryer, and stainless steel appliances, while the building features complementary high-speed internet, a common area courtyard, and covered and uncovered parking. The property also offers private outdoor patio decks and large storage alcoves with bike racks for two-bedroom and three-bedroom units.
